Pricing & Quotes
Pricing depends on your area, service type, number of bedrooms, number of cleaners (1 or 2 ladies), and whether you supply your own detergents. The booking form shows a live estimated cost as you fill it in.
Yes! Weekly clients get 10% off their monthly bill. You also save when you supply your own detergents — the discount is applied automatically in the booking form.
Services like window cleaning, decluttering, and sanitising depend on the size and complexity of the job. We confirm the exact price via WhatsApp before any payment is taken.
What's Included
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning (toilet, basin, shower/bath), kitchen cleaning (counters, stovetop, sink), and general tidying. Does not include inside appliances, cupboards, or windows.
Everything in Normal Cleaning, plus inside appliances (oven, microwave, fridge), inside cupboards, skirting boards, light switches, door frames, and all hard-to-reach areas.
Both cover the same work. 2 ladies complete the job in roughly half the time — ideal for a fast turnaround. Move In/Out cleans always require 2 ladies.
Detergents & Supplies
No — we bring everything. However, if you choose to provide your own detergents you receive a discount. Simply select that option in the booking form and the savings are applied automatically.
We use professional-grade cleaning products. If you have allergies, pets, or product preferences, mention it in the special instructions when booking and we will accommodate you.
Payment & Proof of Payment
We accept EFT to our Capitec business account. Payment is required before the cleaner arrives. Banking details are shown on the booking form. Use your name and booking date as the reference.
Send your POP to [email protected] or WhatsApp it to +27 67 229 7014. Include your name and booking date so we can match it quickly.
We confirm within 2 hours of receiving your booking form and proof of payment, during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00).
